One often comes across charming seaside fishing shanties on P. E. I., and this fishing boat wharf was no exception. Everything was freshly painted, with the brightest of primary colours.  Even the bright white boat was adorned that summer day with squiggly reflections of those on the water.  This particular boat stood out to me and so I decided to include it in this mini painting.  I felt the same lightheartedness when I painted it as I did when I saw it.
